The following Laws were adopted:
"On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Prevention of and Fight against Corruption". Pursuant to the Law, the Laws "On the Principles of preventing and fighting Corruption", "On the Responsibility of Legal Entities for Corruptive Infringements" and "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding Responsibility for Corruptive Infringements" shall come into force on 1 April 2010 instead of 1 January 2010, as previously intended.
"On Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine regarding Support of the Agricultural Sector under the Conditions of the Global Financial Crisis". The Law restores favourable conditions in the agricultural sector to prevent negative influence of the consequences of the global financial crisis. According to the Law "On the State Support of Agriculture in Ukraine", the Agrarian Fund is authorized to sell the objects of State price regulation to provide the revenue to the special fund of the State budget.
"On Amendments to the Items 14 and 15 of Chapter X "Transitional Provisions" of the Land Code of Ukraine" (re the Term on the Land Areas Sale). The legislative act implements that until the laws on the state land cadastre and on land market come into force, but not later then till the year 2012, it is prohibited to implement the right on the land area (share) to the statue funds of the economic enterprises.
"On Adoption of the State Program on Oncologic Diseases Prevention for the Period till 2016". The National Program improves quality and accessibility of medical aid rendered to the sick with malignant tumours, envisages State guarantees of medical aid and enhances the conditions for prolongation and improvement of the standard of life of the sick with cancer diseases.
"On Restoration of Debtor's Solvency or Recognition of Debtor's Bankruptcy" (re Prohibition of Bankruptcy Case Institution). The Law extends the regulation that prohibits initiation of a bankruptcy case regarding coal-mining enterprise with at least 25-per-cent public share in the statutory fund till 1 January 2013. Pursuant to the effective version of Paragraph 6 of Chapter VІІ "Final Provisions" of the Law "On Restoration of Debtor's Solvency or Recognition of Debtor's Bankruptcy", the moratorium shall be suspended on 1 January 2010.

"On Strength and Composition of the National Committee on Radiation Protection of Citizens of Ukraine".
A number of Bills were adopted at the First Reading or rejected. Scrutiny of several Bills was postponed.
